You'll have something to shout about after you visit the BMW plant in Spartenburg. Build quality is on par with any vehicle built anywhere.

When they first tested the S.C plant, they did so with a 3 series car, comparing a USA built model with a "real" one from German. Conclusion: the USA build 3 series was better built than the German one.

It's a combo of good management and line workers who take pride in what they do. They know they make cars that will match up with anyone, anywhere.
