I think that a lot of it is getting used to it. I find that I adjust mine to a higher temperature in the morning when it is really cold out, but lower that temperature in the evening or during the day when it is warmer.

One feature that I really like is the ability to blow cool air on the upper body (face / head) while still having warm air on the lower body (feet). I do not like having hot air blown on my face, but do like to keep my feet nice and warm. I think that some people find this a little confusing at first, but generally most people seem to like it, way to go BMW!!
