Something else to think about is if you want the wiring to come out near the hitch or not. My install keeps the wiring behind the panel with the CD changer and can be pulled out when needed. I think an advantage with the Draw Tite (besides price) is that the bumper shocks stay in place as opposed to the BMW hitch, they come off.
Can you please post details?

* which model hitch is it?
* how far does the hitch receiver stick out? Can you post a picture?
