Your situation is unfortunate and my experiences with my 3.0 has not been the same. I was a little nervous as I put my name on the waiting list in january, ordered at the end of march and got one of the very first 3.0s in may. 8 months later with 10,000.00 miles and the only problem I had was the stalling problem (which was bad enough), but they were very aggressive in rectifying the problem and it took 2 upgrades to the software over a 2-month period. The only other problem was the fog lights burning out: one in 3 months and the other in 4 months, but maybe they changed the bulb type they originally used to something different as its been 4 months again and they still haven't burnt out yet.

I hope you get your problems fixed soon and permanently as my confidence with the product is good but I would be very frustrated if I had some of the many assorted problems I've heard of on this board.
