I've had my x5 3.0 for two months, and of all the cars I've owned I have to say this is the best all-around vehicle, and likely to outlast my propensity to get sick of any car after 12 months.

Quality? The steering wheel squeaks and one of the fog lights burned out. Uncommon in my experience with Saab, Volvo, Mazda, Audi, and even the lowly Expedition. Nevertheless, I believe it's realistic to expect some minor problems when you're an early adopter of something this complex. The overall experience the x5 provides has been worth it, and I don't see that changing.
