Gas and the X% 3.0i (archive)

What are most people spending on gas weekly? Is the required gas 91 octance? My friend has an Expedition and she's putting out $25.00 a week. I know that's a much bigger engine but I'm just curious about the 17/25 mpg thing for the X5. Especially since I can currently go two weeks on $15.00 using regular unleaded with my '97 Mazda Protege :-)
