...they're horrid. The problem is not the problems. The problem is getting them fixed. Many blame the dealers, and mine has not been all that terrific. (I am being mild.) But to me, the real problem is BMWNA. Even when my dealer wanted to fix something, it seems that BMWNA, in the person of the factory rep, shut them down. It's almost as if BMWNA was an HMO rewarding the dealer for NOT treating the patient.
