I have an X5 on order but I am starting to get really concerned about all the problems people are expressing with this vehicle. Makes me wonder if I should cancel and wait until the 2002 model comes out and BMW gets the bugs worked out. X5er's are there really that many problems?

We've exjperienced minor problems but nothing that has stopped the vehicle from running. Hopefully once the minor problems are fixed (tomorrow) that will be the end of it.
