With other brand of automobile, the dealer is not getting 100% what the repair cost reimbursement from the manufacture for under warranty work. For example with Audi/VW the dealer is getting 80% only. so if the repair invoice is $300 the dealer only collect $240 from manufacture. Don;t know about BMW, I wonder if anybody can shed the light on the issue.
