I looked at one of these systems at my local dealer. I believe the LCD screen can fold upward and "stow away" flush with the roof. The screen looks smaller in person, and the VCR takes up too much valuable cargo space, IMHO. When we threw my son's stroller in the back for the test drive, there was no room left because of that VCR.


I saw one that had just been installed in a customers new X5 at the dealership. Very cool setup. Would be great if you had kids and went on a long trip. The only thing I wondered about was would it make you a target for vandals...because you can't hide the screen, it hangs down from the roof.
