A rubbing compound might do the trick, but be careful that you don't overdo the rubbing! Is the scuffing paint from the wall which is stuck on the bumper, or is it a scrape? In either case, the rubbing compound followed by polish & wax can help. If the scrape removed paint and it's not too much, try a touch up kit from your dealer. Most of the small stuff can be fixed by the owner, just remember to go lightly.
