How about starting a "write-in" campaign to BMW of North America to see if we can get them to send me all the bulletins direct to my home office so that I can post some info on all relevant bulletins.

I bet I could save them many many thousands of dollars on staff that answers the customer service number---and provide better service.

However, these bulletins are readily available to each and every BMW dealership mechanic in the US. I get to see them at my dealer. The mechanic let's me know when something comes in which pertains to my car; like the new GPS software version 16.2, which I've already installed.
