I don't live in a cold climate. Apparently you do. Have you had any problems getting into the vehicle after its sat overnight in very cold temps.
At any rate, I would think you already have justification for the lemon law option. I'd start that rolling. Dont pre-advise the dealership and let them get prepared. Get some legal advise and blind side the dealer with it.
