The locks appear to work normally from a exterior point of view, and the outside handles work. What is really wierd is that I have no problems unlocking, opening, and entering the vehicle. The lock is not frozen in the locked position, because it allows you to sometimes fully close the door if shut VERY firmly. It only opens once when cold, evidently. Nothing opens it again, except warmer temperature.
