Self-dimming Mirrors (archive)

Does anyone know if I can turn off the self-dimming mirrors? I love the car and every option that I have but I feel as if at night I really can't see in my rear view mirror. It's just soooo dark. I am not used to looking and seeing only headlights shining at me. Thanx in advance!
