Alot of snow here in Colorado....... (archive)

Well it snowed alot here and they finally had a 3.0i to drive. The 3.0i really made my decision clear to go ahead and go with the.........4.4i. It snowed alot here when I was testing both cars and both cars still felt very slippery. Going from a complete stop made it feel like a rear wheel and it started doing stationary slips. When my order comes in and it snows it much is does yesterday, well it makes me awfully worried. If I were to put chain or cable, will it affect the suspension in anyway? I had cables on my brothers Tundra, just never had it on any German sport vehicle.
