industry. There are as many shit head doctors as there are car salespeople. In the end they are screwing themselves. I got the brush off a few years ago when we wanted to buy a 97 M3/4. Went to one dealer and they completely ignored us until I made them step up THEN they told me that I needed to "Make an appointment" to test drive a car..even though there were many sitting around. We left, went to the dealer across town and bought the car there THAT DAY. Next day, drove the car back....pulled up infront of the showroom...got out and had a good laugh (to myself) as they saw who it was. Since then we have purchased MANY cars from them and will continue to do so....M3 in april for example.


at stevens creek bmw in sj. i wanted to buy a X5 today. but none of the sales people would even look my way. i knew this for a fact because they would pass me by to help a older white man looking at the same car. so pissed that such a great car has such poor sales people.
