This is just inexcusable! I hope that BMWNA monitors this board and will take some action against any dealer that behaves as poorly as you have described. BTW, I intentionally 'dress down' to casual when I look at cars and houses. If they treat me badly, I let them know they have screwed up royally.


at stevens creek bmw in sj. i wanted to buy a X5 today. but none of the sales people would even look my way. i knew this for a fact because they would pass me by to help a older white man looking at the same car. so pissed that such a great car has such poor sales people.
