at stevens creek bmw in sj. i wanted to buy a X5 today. but none of the sales people would even look my way. i knew this for a fact because they would pass me by to help a older white man looking at the same car. so pissed that such a great car has such poor sales people.

Couple things you might want to try: 1) use the web. I went to autobytel first, and a local dealer contacted ME, I didn't go running to him. 2) make an appointment. There were people in there trying to get the attention of the sales staff when I went in too, but I had an appointment.
