... very few vehicles came wired for the flashlight and NONE had the actual flashlight included. That contradicted my owner's manual. I had to talk to several techs at the dealership until I found one who said; "if your car is wired, we'll give you the flashlight", being convinced that it wasn't wired. Well, much to their surprise it was wired, so I got my flashlight for free.
