I had a similar experience at Braman in Palm Beach FL. Snob city.

I went there 3 times to buy a BMW or a Porsche.
I left there 3 times angry and immediately bought my car elsewhere.

Since then I moved to New England and have found a wonderful BMW dealership and saleman. My X5 is on order and I expect it to arrive by months end.
