Anyone know: Can full Nav be added after delivery? (archive)

The factory installed Nav has other non-GPS features like integration with radio controls, phone integration, automated interior venting, etc. Test drove one with factory nav and it looks like a great system.

Can this full Nav be added at the dealer after delivery, or is the optional Nav just a GPS system?
