the residual and interest rate is set by the bank and not negotiable. ur 3.900 is probably .0039 money factor which is almost 9.4%

If youe dealer quoted you using BMWFS then he is taking on "hidden" profit for himself. the bank fee should be no greater then 595 and the MF should be .0033 with a residual of 68% on 10K/yr

If it isn't, where do you recommend I go for a better lease rate?

Should I pay $725 for a "bank fee"?

Got $1350 off MSRP on the vehicle.
