I just went out and measured it...5". The nav is a cool toy but it would be even more useful if I had the guts to hook up voice commands. Cruising yesterday I wanted to zoom in/out a lot. Minor complaint.

Which version of the Nav screen did you get? the old version or the new 16:9 ratio, "wide" screen.
