Yesterday, my online status changed from on-order to in-production. Can anyone tell me how long a car stays in producation?


Congrats! My dealer told me that once my X5 hits the production phase, it should take about a week for it to reach the dealership. Of course that will depend on your location. I am in Michigan so.... My 3.0 is scheduled for production the week of 3/12 and he said a week would be plenty of time for it to reach the dealership.

BTW, how long did your dealer say it would be before delivery once you order yours(assuming it's a 3.0)? Just curious...wondering if mine will come in early.
