I just traded my black 1995 540i for a siver 2001 X5. I will never have another black car. They look great on the showroom floor, but as you already know they are reeaally hard to keep clean, and do seem to accentuate every single tiny scratch in them. The silver is awesome, clean or dirty! I heartily recommend it!!
