Wood is expensive to add to 3.0i. The premium package includes sunroof, power passenger seat, leather, and the wood, so make sure you don't want wood before ordering leather option as a stand alone. Otherwise, you'll just about pay price of premium package just for leather and wood as stand alones. Looking at it this way, the power seat and sunroof are almost free with premium package.
