I have Black/black w/ Sport and it looks awesome. I got the 3M film for the front end that keeps rock chips off. But if you do not like keeping a car clean, don't get the black. The trade-off is black looks awesome clean.

I own a silver car right now and I had a tan/gold before that, but I've always preferred a black exterior and I'm looking for a change. I'd like to have a Jet Black X5, but I'm afraid that it will recieve a lot of scratches and paint chips, is that true? I know that the black will be much more of a hassle to keep clean, but the X is worth the trouble. Plus every X5 on the road appears to be Silver (at least here on the East Coast). What are some of your opinions?
