The reason the car was moving was probably due to the vehicle's normal idle throttle amount. I forget what the actual name is for it, but it is the occurrence whereby the car will inch forward when the engine is running. You know, how at lights, when you release the brakes but haven't hit the accelerator, the car inches forward. Anyway, this might be why the car was moving.
