Truck openning on its own (archive)

I just picked up my car: my windshield was replaced (crack) and my trunkhttp://www.bimmer.org/x5/messages/post.cgi started to open on it own after I shut the car off. Then it started to pop the trunk open WHILE I WAS DRIVING! all the time.... I would pull over and close the hatch and drive off and then pop again it would open up. My car has been in the shop at least once a month for the past year. I love the car but am getting sick of the minor problems.... like coolant light (in six times, still not fixed), Rear pass door lock (in twice, finally fixed), Trunk Open sensor (in 3 times, I guess not fixed), Key memory not working ( in once, they say it is ok), Windows open on there own when the car is locked with the alarm on (This just started a few weeks ago)

If anyone has any help with the trunk hatch opening on its own PLEASE E-mail or post.... I really want to go into the dealer on Monday with a fix in my hand.... I don't trust them anymore.
