I can comment on the 3.0 with sport. It's not too bad in the snow. I havn't gone trough any very deep stuff yet though. Remember though that with the 38/62 rear bias it feels like you're driving a rear wheel drive car. Great for doughnuts and pretending you're a rally driver going around curves! My sister has a 3.0 without sport but I hanv't driven that in the snow yet. Both are Michelin MXV4 tires. The tires on the non-sport are skinnier(235mm) compared to the sport(255mm). In theory skinnier tires work better in the snow so there may be some marginal improvement.
