Well, five actually but who's counting?

2001 3.0 Topaz/Gray, Premium, Climate, Activity, Xenon, Mirrors, CD

Like Rick, I am really enjoying the finer points now of my X5. The crisp handling, tight turning circle, comfortable seats. No issues with the vehicle at all and no regrets.

I was torn between Silver and Topaz when I ordered it but now feel great about the Topaz (see picture). Looks great in silver but too many silvers around in Seattle.

Still juggling climate controls to get it just right but otherwise I'm totally at home in my car and I also look forward to my daily commute.

For me too the X5 strikes the perfect balance between luxury, utility, performance and something a "bit different".

In hindsight there is no vehicle I would exchange this for - I am delighted with my choice.

I see MB ML's driving around and I feel sorry for the owners for what they're missing. Even the terrific MDX just lacks style.

And getting my kids to clean my car makes it even better!
