With such a small cargo bay, I see no need for the cargo floor unless you have a penchant for large potted plants and a bad back! My dad has sport seats in his 325ic, and the most salient difference is the protrusion/extension that provides more thigh support. Since they are thinner and more contoured than the standard seats, I made my parents steer clear of them. To each his own, though!
