They have the WORST reputation on Long Island. The sales people are a bunch of arrogant snobs. They play bait and switch, hidden lease charges and every trick in the book. From the sales Manager on down they act like the customer is a jerk waiting to be taken advantage of.
I have heard nothing but horror stories from people who have bought cars from them. They should post a sign above the showroom door BUYER BEWARE.
