I am about to buy an X5 4.4. I have two questions.
1. Is there a luxury tax in Texas
2. Does anyone know anything about dealers in Houston and price negotiating/Dealership quality?


There is no luxury tax on X5 period. It's considered to be SUV/SAV (truck) and no luxury vehicle.Lucky us, only if uncle Sam knew how luxury our beasts are...
