I am about to buy an X5 4.4. I have two questions.
1. Is there a luxury tax in Texas
2. Does anyone know anything about dealers in Houston and price negotiating/Dealership quality?


Believe it or not, it is classified as a "truck", that is how you get out of the luxury tax.
