If your X5 is 3.0 with an earlier build-date, your DME needs to re-program at your dealer. This is a well-known problem for earlier 3.0i with AC turn-on. Did you have AC on while it stalled?


Yes AC was on. I have 3.0i & purchased vehicle June 2000. Will check build date and mention this to dealer. Thanks!
