Some of you folks from the Southeastern region of the US had asked me to keep you updated
regarding the Eurofest car show in Nashville...the time is quickly approaching! The indoor show--
billed as the largest indoor gathering of both new and vintage European cars and motorcycles is
coming up in less than two weeks...the event is scheduled for Memorial Day weekend on Saturday,
May 26 at the world famous Opryland Hotel in the Ryman Exhibit Hall...vehicles may actually begin
entering the venue for display setup and detailing on Friday the 25th...organizers plan on having
more than 300 entries this year...Entry fee is only $10 per vehicle...more details are available online
at http://nashvilletn.org/EuroFest/

The concept of an indoor event is AWESOME--you can get into the venue a day before the show begins
to detail you vehicle to the MAX...and you don't have to worry about the dust, the pollen, the heat, or the
rain...A total of nine awards will be given in the BMW Class--1st, 2nd, 3rd place for Classic BMW (covers
just about everything thru e28 5-series), 1st, 2nd, 3rd place for Late Model BMW (e30 3-series and up),
and BMW Motorsport Division (All M Cars)...last year approximately 30 BMW's showed at the event!
We're looking for more this year...

In addition to the Eurofest Nashville Car Show, Opryland will be hosting the Titanic Exhibit featuring over
300 items of interest from the doomed vessel...

I'm not an event organizer or promoter--just an excited BMWCCA member who is enthusiastic about
this top notch event! If I can offer any assistance, please email...
