I found the Griot's stuff to be shinier than 303 (archive)

It also seems to sit and puddle on the surface whereas 303 is absorbed quickly. Neither have silicones or formadehydes so they are safe for the vinyl. Both will make the dash vinyl darker and shinier.

Griot's vinyl treatment doesn't seem to work well on tires at all despite what their ad says :-P
The Meguiar's Endurance product seems to work well on tires.
