How simple was that!! After almost 2 weeks of calls to BMW regarding this problem, both dealerships and BMWNA, the solution was so EASY! I did the assist call again, this time I told them I want to set up my profile, I found this strange that my old profile from my CPT 7000 did come up when I did the call, I answered about 7 additional questions, such as insurance info, they then told me my exact location.
I guess I'll call my dealer in the morning and cancel my appointment to have my TCU replaced. That was the solution the dealer was going to try to resolve my problem.
WOW ... this is not rocket science BMW, it's called COMMUNICATION to your dealership!
