Has anyone tried the "virtually invisible" plastic coating you adhere to the front edge of the hood, mirrors, etc. to keep bugs and rock/dirt dings from the paint? I saw it in the X5 accessories booklet from BMW. Is it easy to apply? Is it really invisible?
