I also ordered Alpine white with sand beige interior - premium, climate, automatic, in-dash CD. I think the light poplar trim goes better with the beige interior. The dark trim didn't seem to fit in to me. Anyway, it is personal preference. Mine should be at the dealership soon - it is at the prep center now.
