Dealer called and said the front fan shorted and that caused the flame.

They need to order parts (not sure what parts exactly) that won't be here till tomorrow.

My husband is going to go down there and find out exactly what parts and what happened... :-(

I'll keep you all posted and thanks for the kind words. It's a 3.0 by the way (someone asked).
