What can I do now ............... (archive)

....... I ordered the dark wood trim (and have been advocating it with black interior on this board)... and mine came with light wood trim .... my order form clearly states dark wood trim .....

.... I had spent considerable time (like many others) to decide what trim to get ..... on the other hand since it was difficult to decide between the two .... i think the light trim will do too .... i just dont want to part with my X5

..........does anyone know what i can do .... ? is it the dealer's fault or BMWNAs?

my friend suggested using this as a leverage to get a free cd-changer or something....?

QUERY #2: I have premium package with black leather interior. The two-tone leather on front seats looks different from the two-tone in the rear... i checked it under different lighting conditions...and there is a difference in grain / matte.....is this the way it is supposed to be......?
