the volume for the caller. If you use the volume buttons on the steering wheel, it increases the volume of the called party's voice as heard by the driver. However, I can't figure out how to increase the volume of the driver's voice for the benefit of the called party. I know that most callers have that feature on their own phones, but it seems that there are times when it would be nice to turn up the volume for them (like when I call my not-very-tech savvy grandmother in Kansas).

Let us know if you figure out the problems with your phone.
