me with an order. The person at the dealer "processing" the order probably made the mistake, not your salesman. I ordered 4.4 sport with the "no charge" sport seats. The car came in w/out them. I found out the person responsible was the "data entry" personal at the dealer. The dealer could not just replace the seats as asked, because it would not reflect the window sticker options accordingly. The dealer ended up discounting the X5 another $2000 for the F-up. I was satisfied with their resolution, the payment dropped $60.00 a month. With the wood color change, the dealer will have to eat the cost, most likely. "All" X5's come with light wood, unless your dealer "orders" the vehicle with dark wood, at no additional cost. They probably forgot to request the dark wood.
