Yes, BMW dealerships sell them. It is shown as an X5 accessories on BMWUSA. Checkout bmwusa and look for accessories under the X5.

The rack is made by BVG (Bauer Vehicle Gear). If you check the archives for a lot of discussion regarding bike racks.
