You are right about those Italian drivers, French are almost as bad. It has been some time since I was over there, but I remember them. The Smart car doesn't do very well at Hwy. speeds. Top speed is around 50-60 mph and not for very long. They have some new versions like a cabriolet and targa which both look good. Rumor is that they may get imported under the Dodge name. I kind of like the Audi A1 series and the M-B A class but they are a bit bigger. Lets wait and see the BMW 1 series.
