i have seen posted where the key memory doesn't always seem to take the changes to the seats and a/c and remember them. this has happened to me a few times when a parking attendant or another driver moves the seat and a/c control and i have to reset them. when i get in the vehicle the next time the seat and a/c return to the setting of the attendant, not mine which was set when the key was turned off. i noticed a simple work around which has now fixed the problem twice. when ever the vehicle does not remember my seting i adjust the vehicle, lock the vehicle when i leave, and immediately unlock it and lock again. Both times the vehicle retained my new setting and did not return to parking lot attendant's.
