Hi, I leased my from BMW of Bayside (ordered in February, delivered in April). Premium, climate, in-dash cd, xenon and sport for $710, same upfront cost, but 10K/year. As you can see my car cost about $2500 more ($47,900). So I think you can get better deal.
I got $1350 off MSRP. But I should add that as I heard residual fall 2%(I had 68%, money factor 0.0032), so maybe this is a price right know.

I'm planning to lease an X5 3.0 in Long Island, NY. Is this a good deal?

$730 a month, with $2,100 upfront money for the following configuraion:
